Cast Your Cares Upon Me

Cast your cares upon Me. You have heard Me say that many times and yet I see that you hold your cares yourself, in many ways. Cast your cares upon Me. Every time a thought of care comes to you, cast it to Me. Give it to Me. For if you are holding onto them, you're trying to solve your own problem. Only I can give you the solutions to whatever it is that's going on and many things that are happening, I Am already taking care of. Rest in Me. Give your cares to Me and then simply rest and trust Me with it. Take a hold of your mind. Take a hold of your emotions. When you are caught in fear, cast that down. When your thoughts of care come up, give them to Me and then let them go. Don't keep picking it up over and over and over. Let it go! I Am helping you let it go. Remember, there is nothing you can do without Me. So when even I say to you, cast your cares down, the Holy Spirit within you enables you to do that. Ask the Holy Spirit always to help you walk in everything I have offered you to walk in. Cast your cares down! Let it go!
