When you are afraid, Praise Me!

When you are downcast, Praise Me!

When you are worried, Praise Me!

When you don't know what's going on, Praise Me!

When you are feeling heavy from all the burdens, Praise Me!

Put on the Garment of Praise for the spirit of heaviness and you will be lifted up!

Praising Me opens the door for Me to move upon you, lifts your spirit up.
