Travel Light

I want you to be traveling light.  What do you think of when you hear Me say, "Travel light?"  I want you to consider that maybe you are burdened by things that trouble you, by things you don't understand, by fears that get into your thinking.  Travel light would mean putting those burdens down.  But you must realize what you're carrying to be able to actually put them down.  Are you carrying responsibilities for others that I did not ask you to carry?  Or the way I said to have responsibilities.  You have taken that and made it more than what I intended it to be.  Then it becomes part of My call on you and part of a burden you've decided to pick up and carry which is more than what I've asked of you.  And then there are burdens of 'things.'  So many are gathering so many 'things.'  You need to purge your life of so many 'things.'   Those 'things' can become an idol.  It's not that I don't want you to have 'things,' but what do those 'things' mean to you?  How do they interfere with your life?  They can also become a burden and a distraction and take you away, seeking after 'things' rather than seeking after Me.  I want you to be burden free and traveling light!
