Your Heart Follows Your Thoughts

Whatever you are thinking about, pondering on, your heart will go there.  You need to guard your thoughts, for if you don't you will defile your heart.  Your heart will follow your thoughts so guard your thoughts.  Direct your thoughts to all things that are pure, righteous and holy.  And then your heart will be well and the 'rivers of life' will flow from your heart.
