Get up and jump for joy!  Jump for joy in Me!  It doesn't matter what the circumstances are, that you are in, or you perceive yourself to be in.  Because if you get up and you jump for joy, your body...I designed your body like this.  It will respond to you and your words and then you will start to feel the joy bubble up in you.  So make the choice.  By faith you know you're to have joy in all things.  Act on that faith by getting up to jump for joy, sing My Praises and your mind, your emotion and your spirit will align with My Truth of, 'Be joyful in all things.  Celebrate all things.  Worship Me.'
